It was a busy week at the American College of Veterinary Surgeons Summit in Indianapolis. Both Dr. Hummel and Dr. Lotsikas attended the event, while Dr. Lotsikas had the pleasure of presenting as well. The Summit “features seminars focused on all areas of patient care from diagnosis, pain management, and anesthesia to surgery, postoperative care, and rehabilitation.”
Dr. Lotsikas’ presentations included: “Elbow & Shoulder Arthroscopy and Unique Intra-Articular Approaches, Shoulder Lameness Work Up and Treatment, Special Session for American College of Veterinary Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation- Clinical Application of Intra-Articular Therapies in Dogs, Supraspinatus Tendinopathy: Does it Exist & How Should We Treat It?” This is a great opportunity for doctors and technicians to stay up to date on the latest procedures and treatment plans while presenting the chance to collaborate with other surgeons throughout the United States.
